05/19/17 Friday Atlantic Highlands, NJ to Statue of Liberty (part 2)
Not a big fan of NYC, but you have to be moved when you're looking up at the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, or Ground Zero.

They're serious about security at Ellis Island and the Statue. Afternoon patrol - Apache Helicopter.
As the afternoon moves toward evening, the shining symbol stands out while the rest seems subdued
My camera doesn't do it justice. The lights at night from the city and the statue are amazing, maybe a little surreal.
